Terms and Conditions

Feedvise Inc ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://feedvise.com website (the "Service").


Welcome to Feedvise. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Service.


1. Use of Service


You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.


2. Communications


By creating an Account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.


3. Subscriptions


Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Feedvise cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting Feedvise customer support team. A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Feedvise with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Feedvise to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Feedvise will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.


4. Fee Changes


Feedvise, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Feedvise will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.


5. Account Registration


To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.


6. User Responsibilities


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.


7. Prohibited Uses


You may not use our Service to:


  • Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property


All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Feedvise Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or materials without our express written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feedvise Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service.


9. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Feedvise Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.


10. Termination


We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.


11. Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.


12. Governing Law


These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
